30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@specus.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
